FREE Sports Physical for the Fall Cheer Season.
All paperwork must be 100% complete.
Physicals are only accepted after June 1st, and Before August 1st.
This is a GREAT way to get the physical done for our season!!
No Cheerleader can participate with out an updated physical.
Physicals are held at Freedom High School in the Main Gym – no appointment is necessary!
